March Wrap Up 2019

Hi Readers!

Welcome to this month’s wrap up!

I didn’t do so well in ticking off my TBR list this month. I only managed to read 8 books this month. But then again, I may have gone overboard and listed 14 books this month as my TBR. Oops. I might have gotten a bit too excited.

But I really loved blogging about books and slowly meeting people in this community. Even though it took quite the learning curve to get everything sorted.

I did want to start scheduling posts on this blog so that there is more content. And this means I can be less overwhelmed and have more breathing space whilst battling my inner perfectionist.

But with that being said, I’m very glad I’ve started to post more on this platform. I’m really starting to fall in love with blogging and sharing my bookish thoughts to a very welcoming community.

Now, without further ado. Let’s get to this month’s wrap-up!

Goals From Last Month

1. Read at least 1 non-fiction book

I did put A Folded Clock by Heidi Julavits in my TBR list this month as my chosen non-fiction. However, I just wasn’t able to get round to reading it. If I can’t read it this month I will be putting it into my next month’s TBR list.

2. Read 1 book of 4 different genres

Yay! I managed to at least do 2 out of 4 different genres this month! AND I loved both the books that I had read. They were The Seven Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle by Stuart Turton and The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid.

3. Try to stick to TBR list!

Well I thought I was going to stray this month. Especially with all the amazing books that have come out. But it turns out I stuck to it pretty well. Yay!

4. Start writing reviews for some books

Yay! I finally posted my first review this month! *awkward victory dance* The review was on The Seven Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle by Stuart Turton.

Goals for this Month

  1. Finish reading books that I am currently reading.
  2. Try to start and finish the “To Read” books.
  3. Try to figure out a schedule on what to post and when to post it.
  4. Read up to 3,500 pages.
  5. Post more reviews next month.

How did your March go? Did you manage to complete all your goals?

Until Next Time,

Jaz xoxo
