WWW Wednesday #14

Hi, Lovelies!

It’s the middle of the week guys! You all know what day it is… that’s right! It’s WWW Wednesday! Yay! Welcome all to another Wednesday meme. I hope you’ve all had an amazing reading week! Once again, this meme was originally hosted by Sam @ Taking on a World of Words and all you have to do is answer these questions:

  • What are you currently reading?
  • What did you recently finish reading?
  • What do you think you’ll read next?

If you would like to participate, just copy and paste the questions and make sure you tag Sam, the original creator of the meme.

Now, without further ado, let’s get started!

What are you currently reading?

The Sun Is Also A Star by Nicola Yoon – 7%

Usually, I’m don’t really like romance books, only because I haven’t found any that are quite good. They are often quite cliché-y, which I’m not a fan of. However, the aim of this year was to get out of my comfort zone and read something different.

So I wanted to start with this book as I liked the fact that it didn’t star your typical Caucasian leads but actually had leads with different racial and ethnic background.  So, I do have high hopes for this book.

What did you recently finish reading?

One of Us is Lying by Karen M. McManus

Thank god I read this book when the second one has come out or else I would have had to wait for a whole year to find more about the relationship these two characters have. I literally can’t wait to read it! I’ve already ordered my copy and I will be reading that ish as soon as it gets here!

The Bride’s Test by Helen Hoang

Honestly, I read the first book of this series last year and I wasn’t impressed. I know, shocker. But I really liked the way the author had disability representation in the book so I wanted to give her another chance. I did like this one better. However, once again… like in all romantic books… it was very cliché-y.
